10-Minute Guided Breathwork Session

In this video, I’m going to walk you through one of my favorite breathwork practices, a two-part pranayama breathing technique that I use almost every single day to help me manage stress and anxiety, alleviate nerve pain in my lower back, release emotions that feel stuck, and to connect more deeply to my creativity and intuition. There are so many benefits to developing a regular breathwork practice. My hope is that as you connect to this practice, you will begin to experience them too.
