Join us for a restorative women’s retreat nestled in the nature of the Colorado mountains– where rest meets adventure and connection runs deep. Over the course of three days, you’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover yourself through soulful conversations, serene stillness, and inspiring outdoor experiences. This intimate gathering is your space to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the wild world around you.
We’ll gather at my home in the mountains outside of Boulder for a long weekend of rest and adventure during the peak golden hue of the fall aspen leaves. Each morning you’ll start with space to connect with yourself and the surrounding nature, move into grounding practices (like breathwork and somatic movement), enjoy healing bodywork and hot tub time, hike to beautiful vistas, and relax with healthy meals and on the deck and evening fires. We’d love to welcome you, sister!
Space is available for 7 women.
Exchange is $1300 for queen bed, $1100 for twin bed, $950 for private camper van. Includes lodging and all meals.
Early bird discount of $100 off until 6/15. *$600 deposit to hold your space. Remainder due by 9/1. Payment plans available if needed.
*For anyone flying in, the Denver airport is about 75 minutes from Nederland. I may be able to provide transportation depending on your flight time, and have recommendations for private transport as well.

Location and Accommodations
The retreat space is on my five-acre property in the mountain town of Nederland, about 40 minutes west of Boulder and an hour from Denver. Your accommodations will be simple and cozy, in 3 separate cabins with an indoor and outdoor shower and hot tub to enjoy. Rooms will be shared by 2 people.
